Chief architect of the new residential building district, Malle Meelak, tells Mark Soosaar openly about the difficulties and problems related to the construction of the district, about the pros and cons of the dormitory district of a city. Meelak believes that in some fifteen years, Lasnamäe could already be quite a friendly area.
